This week’s activations are rolling along at a steady pace across all datacenters. We have closed activations for CH and TX in preparation for our Shadow Ultra and Infinite launch.

 

Thank you for your patience as you wait for your Shadow! While you wait for activation, we hope you take a moment to browse the forum to see what else the community is buzzing about. A good place to start is always with introducing yourself to #TeamShadow :)

 

As a reminder:

-We activate Monday through Thursday

-Beginning at 8am local time each day for each datacenter

Hello,You give a lot of date concerning the activations for the orders of this year but I have a pre-order from November 2019 still not activated.In my account I am still waiting for the beginning of 2021. I had the basic account until June 2020 since I had to stop but I am still waiting for the activation of the ultra subscription. is it still in progress or do I have to reapply for a subscription?Thanks in advance.

How long does it usually take for activation when your order switch from ‘’Orders’’  to ‘’My Subscriptions’’ - ‘’Waiting for Activation’’ does this switch from Orders to Subscriptions mean anything?  Am I any closer now to activation?  Ordered 10th of September - Amsterdam Datacenter (Support asked me to create a new account since the old one had some issues in activation) So the step ‘’orders switch to subscriptions’’ is now new to me, does this mean I'm close to final activation?

Mine has done the same today. My order was placed on the 30th of July. I've submitted a ticket to query it just in case but I'm guessing I'm on the verge of getting activated.

@jojoke13 Yes, from what I hear, activations on the 29th are included in this week.

@Ludo Shadow Ultra is not available at this time and is not reflected on this activation post.  From what I hear, you need to have an active Shadow subscription in order to be eligible for the higher tiers.  At least, that is how the process is for the US.

@Clique This usually indicates that our team is working on activating your Shadow.

@Markdna Unfortunately, I do not have any information in regards to specific activations.  If you have any questions about your Shadow, our support team are the only ones who would be able to assist you with this.

Mine activated today (ordered 26th July) status never changed, my guess is you'll be Monday next week.

For Paris, can we really hope for an activation by end of December 2020 for pre order before August 20th? 

Because when I see that July pre-order are still annonce for activation by the end of November, but we are in december still a week now…. 

Can we have a real update for this end of the year? This not to complain, just to know if I (and <August 20th pre order) can hope have activation for the hollidays ;-)

I was pre-order July 26th and activated 7th December so around a week longer than estimated, I also received 2 emails saying up to end of December.

i cant use it, sadly. 
dont get a activation code via email. i messaged the support and not 10h later its still not working
