@LucFromShadow   Luc can you share with us when Infinite will be back in Stock next week in Chicago?   Can you give us time so we can try again?

I wanted it now so I got ultra. I would assume same times and frame. 10amCST mon-fri. They updated faq today and one would think if that was different it would have also been changed. I think CMs are afraid of this thread :P

Hey congratulations to all of. You  my family bought a high end PC now but I may keep my shadow boast just well …...just because 😀😀. Mine never got fixed. But that’s okay now. Now we have both. 😀 and I can watch how this plays out for me.  Like I said my ticket has been in since the 25th. Lol.  But I’m ok now.  I’m just happy all of you got yours fixed. That’s a good thing shadow did anyways. Good luck to you guys. Take care 😀

This might already be answered and if so I apologize for that. I was wondering if we already had a subscription and we got a subscription to the ultra and or the infinite would the previous unused months be added onto our current subscription or would we get a refund for it?

Well I am happy to say shadow fixed my account I think.  What I mean is It shows upgrade option but under ultra commitment is grayed out. Does that stil mean it’s still not all the way fixed ?  I don’t know.  Thank you to shadow anyway for trying to fix it. 😀

If it’s on the page asking you to confirm? There was a radio button that I almost missed that lit up the final button.

Talked to Luc. Infinite is sold out for the week. That’s why none are showing up today. 
 

More are planned for next week. 

Ended up subscribing for Ultra. Didn’t want to spend more of my life waiting for this stuff next week. 
 

I can’t say that I’m not a little disappointed. We were told all week not to worry because there “would be stock everyday” yet when we were finally fixed “they were sold out of infinite for the week”. 
 

I’ll get over it because I think the concept of Shadow is good. It just left a bad taste in my mouth.

While it’s a yearly commitment you still pay monthly. You will keep your commitment and your monthly will be charged based on what day of the month it is at the time of your renewal. So if you’re 15 days into your monthly you’re going to be charged for those 15 days and the next 30 days of the new plan your recommit to. After all that it will be only the 30 days of new. If I understood the faq correctly.

I’m with you on wanting to play the F5 game, just being tired of it all, and the bad taste.

If you can, though, I’d recommend at least sending a message to Support explaining your situation and asking for a manual upgrade to Infinite.  Since they said they are going to have more available next week they aren’t out of hardware yet.  

Given the situation I feel they should make it right for those of us who missed out and chose Ultra without even knowing more Infinite was coming.

It means that at 10am CST it will change. For me at 10:58am EST I logged into my account. At 11:00am EST I hit the refresh button waited for the circle to spin and show my account home page again. I did that only for 1-2 minutes and the button changed to Orange and said Subscribe.

Hello so it looks like our accounts are fixed. I’m so happy for everyone. I want to apologize to shadow for being something I turned into and I despise…..  a NAG.  When I supervised a whole lot of people I didn’t like it then and I don’t like what I turned into this week. I am very sorry. Question is would of I apologized if things wouldn’t have turned out …..yes I still would have apologized. Even my family was suprised.   Do I feel great how things went down?  No I’m still kind of bothered. I will send a personal apology to shadow which is between us but I will still vent my concerns in a more constructive way which I always do ( except this time ) 😩.  I’m so glad everyone got fixed but I still don’t have much confidence tomorrow I will get lucky because I’m not lucky when it comes to stuff like this.  I’m very happy about the fix regardless. Thank you and take care 😀

@Lioneagle1 What’s your time zone? If Eastern then it will be 11:00am. If Central 10:00am. Next Week Same Times as This Week.

I’d also suggest being already logged into your account and also wait for the orange spin. Don’t refresh while spinning.

Just letting you all know that My 2nd Boost account was also fixed to show upgrade options.  I did not submit a ticket for that one at all…

Shadow support also followed up with an email informing me that they have logged into my 1st Boost account and were able to see the upgrade options.  Bravo!

The voice of the Shadow Community was loud and clear, and actions were taken by Shadow Support as a result.  Great job everyone, and thank you to @LucFromShadow , @BrittaneyFromShadow and the Shadow Support team for working hard under all the pressure to get things working…

FYI, if you upgraded, Shadow PC will for whatever reason revert to Shadow Beta, and then you revert it back to Official version.  It has to do a graphics update as well due to new graphics card being activated.  This can take some time 15-20 mins…   my 2nd Shadow PC had BSOD error several times before it finally finished updating (my 1st Shadow finished the update without any errors).  When I got the BSOD error inside the Shadow desktop app, I just had to keep launching Shadow until it eventually finished the update.

FYI, if you upgraded, Shadow PC will for whatever reason revert to Shadow Beta, and then you revert it back to Official version.  It has to do a graphics update as well due to new graphics card being activated.  This can take some time 15-20 mins…   my 2nd Shadow PC had BSOD error several times before it finally finished updating (my 1st Shadow finished the update without any errors).  When I got the BSOD error inside the Shadow desktop app, I just had to keep launching Shadow until it eventually finished the update.

So if we get lucky tomorrow with ultra can we upgrade to infinite ?  Knowing my luck though. Lol. I’m sure a lot of people would like to know. Thank you  very much.   @LucFromShadow @BrittaneyFromShadow
