🎙️ Hello, is this thing on? Mic check 1,2 - 1,2.
We have big news for all you mobile (PC) gamers: As of March 2021, Shadow supports microphones on Android and iOS devices!
Okay, cool, but what does that ~really~ mean for you gamers?
It means your teammates can finally hear you screaming at them while you game on any Android or iOS device. Because (loud) communication is key to success, amirite?
But how about we take this a step further? Thanks to microphone support, you can now hook up your mobile phone to an external monitor and access a fully-featured PC experience.
Think of it as gaming on your massive desktop PC at home, but without the excess weight, noise, and clutter.
⚙️ How to connect a microphone to Shadow on mobile?
It’s quite simple, actually!

- Tap the Settings (*) icon in the upper-right corner.
- Enable the microphone in the Settings menu.
📝 Note: You may need to give Shadow permission to use your microphone. Follow the prompts on your screen to allow this feature.
