Why yes, I would love to know more as the migration broke my ability to use my Shadow.
I've been without service since the 13th (when I migrated) and support has been wholly silent.
Worse, I'm not the only one. There has been questions and threads on here, Discord, and Reddit about this issue with no resolution.
