@BrittaneyFromShadow How about giving us customers in the EU who pre ordered Ultra and Infinite MORE THAN 1 YEAR AGO finally some information.

Pre-order October 2019 → first told we get it in February 2020, in February it was clear it was a lie and you just wanted to collect pre-orders to please investors...great.

Then you told us, we get it by end of summer 2020….time passed by, we didn’t get any updates...worst customer service ever...end of summer came and oh surprise...we again don’t get anything...but are told to get it beginning of 2021 and promised better customer communication.

Weeks and months have passed and we AGAIN didn’t get anything...2021 is in 2 weeks and there is ZERO communication towards YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I would also appreciate a response to this, not that I think it makes any difference, more curious in what can be said.

I have the exact same experience and feel I’m totally being lied to. I’ve been waiting more than a year now, and it’s time to realize that I have to cut my losses now. It was too good to be true I guess, and I expect that “beginning of 2021” is in reality “never”. 

I’m sure cloud PC’s is the way to go, but waiting a YEAR for an upgrade is a pretty clear signal to me to go find another service (or buy your own computer).

I hear you loud and clear, Shadow, I get it. 

For what concerns me I am loving the service. I am more than glad to pay it full price (and even higher) as it’s really worth it.
