The link wasn’t visible and by accident found the link underneath the text. Clicked thru the steps.
It said “Thank you very much for registering, you will receive confirmation email tomorrow”.
Would this mean we get the pre-order discount?

The rtx 3070 will be excellent for those of us that are making games, or in my case, struggling very hard to learn Unity to be able to make an ios game. My first computer was an Apple IIe. This has been some kind of tough journey.

I know they’re into the whole ‘shadow’ vibe, but they don’t have to extend that shadowy theme to the information we need to make upgrade decisions and plans.
Currently i have no clue what’s going on with the upgrade malarkey.
Can you please clarify how existing Ultra/Infinite subscriptions will be handled?
I entered my e-mail for pre-ordering the Power Upgrade but have not received an invitation. Do I now have to check the order page every day and hope that I can catch one of the upgrades, even though I am already paying the same price?
The Power upgrade is looking like it’s a problem. I have now been charged for the power upgrade and also my regular Shadow which came today. I did the confirmation according to their instructions. Shadow support is not answering messages. Over on Discord it is pretty much the same thing. Nobody from Shadow is even bothering to answer questions on here or in Discord. They could have made this so simple. Ask if you want power upgrade with ONE SIMPLE EMAIL. Do you want the Power upgrade? Yes or No. Send a few messages reminding about the upgrade. Not this crazy thing for pre-order and then confirm pre-order, and then another message to confirm you want it. This is just crazy

I pre-ordered the Power Upgrade to start today but my bill isn't due until November 10th. But this morning I'm getting a charge alert on my debit card almost ever hr for 44.98. I SHOULDN'T have to lose half months service to get the Upgrade. It's suppose be only 14.99 more a month. WTH

I also ordered the Power Upgrade and this is what the email confirmation says:

Don’t worry, your will be refunded for this amount, and will only be charged the prorated amount of your new offer, from which we will deduct the amount of your old offer.
