As mentioned in our latest Shadow News recap, we are happy to announce that it’s finally here.
“Here” as in, it’s out ouf Alpha, and finally ready for a bigger crowd who can commence its testing in Beta right about meow.
Availability
With this latest Beta update, you are now able to plug in a second screen to your devices running one of the following OS:
- Linux
- Windows
- Mac
- iOS / iPad OS
- Shadow Box (not Shadow Ghost)
Testing the feature
First of all, this feature is still in Beta, which means it’s still under development and requires additional testing ressources to work out bigger and smaller issues before it can hit the official version.
If you want to help us test, please make sure all your data is saved and you feel comfortable to use an unstable build of Shadow before making the switch from an ‘Official’ client to a ‘Beta’ client.
You can fine tune your experience through your well known pal, the Quick Menu. Just check the display-tab and take that second screen for a spin!
