For those of you who’ve pre-ordered Shadow and are still waiting, know one important thing:
We haven’t forgotten you!

We love your enthusiasm to get your hands on Shadow, and wish we could deliver them faster than you can ask for them! To give better visibility as you wait for your Shadow, we’ll be sharing detailed information about Shadow Boost activations here on the forum, updated each week.

Times given are estimations, not exact science (yet). These posts will have the latest information, and if plans change we will do our best to communicate the changes urgently to you. And so you know, the team aims to activate ahead of schedule whenever possible!

Below is the activation information by datacenter. You can check which datacenter you belong to here.

CHICAGO:

If order date is before May 26th:
Activated by end of June

If order date is between May 26th-June 1st:

Activation by July 23rd 

If order date is June 1st or later:

Activations starting July

End of Week target:
Latest activation has April 29th pre-order date

 

DALLAS:

If order date is before May 26th:
Activated by end of June

If order date is between May 26th-June 1st:

Activation by July 23rd 

If order date is June 1st or later:

Activations starting July

End of Week target:
Latest activation has April 28th pre-order date

 

NEW YORK:

If order date is before May 26th:
Activated by end of June

If order date is between May 26th-June 1st:

Activation by July 23rd

If order date is June 1st or later:

Activations starting July

End of Week target:
Latest activation has May 3rd pre-order date

 

SANTA CLARA:

If order date is before May 26th:
Originally delayed to next week. Processing this week!

Activation by June 25th

Activations starting June

Latest activation has May 29th pre-order date


AMSTERDAM:

Pre-orders are on track to be delivered late summer

Hello shadow forum community (my first post here.) I ordered may 2nd out of NY. Was hoping to see an activation email today. Now it's end of business Thursday so I have to wait until next week? Thanks for any help, I know you guys are slammed with demand.

I ordered June 1st meaning I’ll be getting my shadow during June? (I’m in the Santa Clara data center)

I use the Chicago data center.  I’ve refrained from switching my account to Boost solely because I want to switch to Infinite as soon as possible.  I’m a strategy gamer and am willing to experience significant latency.  May I pretty please use one of the EU data centers for Infinite if I promise not to complain about latency?

hey. we activate each week up until the night of Sunday to monday.

basically some extra spots are being opened during the weekend so we catch up on those at this time. you will probably be part of them.

I ordered April 3rd I believe and I'm in the Paris service area.  

It states the below within my account section of the website but still no activation.  Is this normal?

Subscription: £14.99 per month

No commitment - can be stopped at any time

Starts on 10th June 2020 - end of commitment 10th July 2020

You are probably will be activated next week.

So my pre-order date was May 3rd and when I look at my account the pre-order switched to a subscription on June 9th but when I try to login to Shadow on my PC it says, “Your Shadow is in the process of being activated and is not yet accessible. We will send you an email as soon as it is ready.”

 

I’m assuming my activation should be completed sometime today or tomorrow? This is based on what I’ve read so far in this post.

I'm hoping mine is ready for tomorrow.  I've booked the week off work as I haven't had any time off this year and needed the break to just relax.  My wife is working from home so using my gaming PC.  Would be great to be able to use my underpowered laptop for some gaming.

Anyway, it is what it is.  I'll wait.

So since i just ordered mine boost activation Today June 14 for the Amsterdam server, I should expect it in July? or sooner?

I don’t get it all from this post. I ordered my Boost May 21st and I’m in the Datacenter in Amsterday. So mine is comming late Summer? ( which would be around end of August) Or can I expect it sooner?
