Hey #TeamShadow!

This week, our Dev Team has released various improvements and performance improvements to our Official Desktop and Box App.

With this new iOS update, your stream will remain stable when your network conditions deteriorate thanks to the arrival of the dynamic quality!

Here are all the changelogs for this week:

Shadow Official - Desktop + Boxes - Launcher v4.22.9

Updates:

  • Shadow Renderer v3.9.8

Fixes and Improvements:

  • Windows

    • Fixed issue with microphone disconnecting

  • macOS

    • Fixed error L:100 on macOS

  • Boxes

    • Fixed the cursor offset

    • Fixed the wrong resolution configuration

    • Fixed an issue with a low microphone output level (Ghost only)

    • Fixed an issue when you have only one corner of the video

Shadow Official - iOS - Launcher v3.5

New:

  • Adding the setting "Maximum Adaptive Bitrate", it's simple, with this new feature, if we detect any instability in your connection, we will reduce the maximum bitrate to always favour the fluidity of the stream. And when your connection becomes stable again, we will restore its initial value. Isn't that nice?

Fixes and Improvements:

  • Improving external screen support

  • Fix of a display bug that kept the progress of your Shadow update at 0%

Shadow Beta

Updates:

  • Shadow Processator v2.0.25

Was hoping this would fix the incompatibility with the SteelSeries Nimbus+ controller that apparently started with the previous update, but no such luck.
