This week, we released a special update in Beta with 2 new features. The first is real-time bandwidth allocation. It's simple, with this new feature, if we detect an instability in your connection, we will decrease the allocated bandwidth to always enhance the fluidity of the stream. And when your connection becomes stable again, we will restore its initial value. Isn't that nice?
And the second is the Metal rendering mode under macOS 10.15+. The option is available in the launcher and offers better resource management while using Shadow. Tell us what you think of this update!
Here are the details for this week:
Shadow Official - Desktop - Launcher v4.17.16
Shadow ServiceWatcher v1.0.9 (old v1.0.6)
Technical improvements related to metrics
Shadow Beta - Desktop - Launcher v4.17.16
Shadow Renderer v3.5.5
