Hey #TeamShadow,

This month a major update with the arrival of our brand new dynamic quality on desktop and boxes and the release of keyboard/mouse support on iOS! We also inaugurate for the first time our monthly update policy! See you in the second week of December for the next update.

Here are all the changelogs for this week:

Shadow Official - Desktop + Boxes - Launcher v4.19.3

Updates:

  • Shadow Overlay v1.16

  • Shadow Renderer v3.6.4

Fixes and Improvements:

  • Dynamic quality: it's simple, with this new feature, if we detect any instability in your connection, we will reduce the maximum bitrate to always favor the fluidity of the stream. And when your connection becomes stable again, we will restore its initial value. Isn't that nice?

  • We have reworked the help page and added a link for easy access to our Discord.

Shadow Official - macOS - Launcher v4.19.4

Fixes and Improvements:

  • Because we have an issue with the Driver USB over Ip on MacOS Big Sur, we have disabled the option in the launcher for macOS Big Sur only.

Shadow Official - iOS - Launcher v3.2.2

Fixes and Improvements:

  • A nice update to prepare for the launch of iOS and iPad OS 14.2 which will allow you to fully use an extremely awaited feature: full keyboard/mouse support in Bluetooth as well as wired. You will finally be able to play your favorite FPS on your iPad! However, according to our tests, this does not work with all mice. A popup will be displayed if we detect that your mouse does not work in relative cursor mode. We've also taken the opportunity to add vibration support for Xbox controllers and PS4 controllers with extended compatibility mode. Isn't life beautiful? Bluetooth mice are supported with iOS & iPadOS 14.2 BETA 3.

Shadow Official - tvOS - Launcher v3.2.3

Fix & Improvements:

  • We have added rumble on the controllers as well as better support of the controllers.

  • Fix crash at the login screen for every user

Shadow Official - Android - Launcher v3.2.4

Fix & Improvements:

  • The arrival of the extended compatibility mode for PS4 controllers which will allow you to use them as Xbox controllers and thus enjoy them on more games.

Shadow Beta - Desktop - Launcher v4.19.3

Updates:

  • Shadow Streamer v3.4.21

  • Shadow Manager v2.3.17

  • Shadow Renderer v3.6.4

Fixes and Improvements:

  • Fix for the virtual keyboard issue (mobile devices, some input could be dropped)

  • Fixe a scaling bug in the Shadow under Linux

Shadow Beta - macOS - Launcher v4.19.4

Fixes and Improvements:

  • Because we have an issue with the Driver USB over Ip on MacOS Big Sur, we have disabled the option in the launcher for macOS Big Sur only.

  • Moreover, we have partially fixed the video stuttering on AMD GPU.

Shadow Beta - tvOS - Launcher v3.2.3

Fix & Improvements:

  • Fix crash at the login screen for every user
