Shadow should keep me updated on my account I shouldn’t have to become a Private investigator to find out why I can’t use a service I paid for and moving dates on activation the day before its suppose to activate? Phobos this not possible attitude is why we have a problem. Right off the top of my head. Email everyone that’s waiting for their account to be activated and tell them what’s happening and there might be delays. Nope you just change the date and didn’t tell anyone. Everyone had to go and check for them selfs and the day before… Come on.. Like should really expect me to now wait until Dec for you to just kick the can down the road again. How many times does some get to kick you in the balls before you say enough?
