I’m beginning to get EXTREMELY frustrated and irritated with Shadow’s “Support”… . .which isn’t. They’re not helpful and act like they have no idea WTF they’re doing. It’s as bad as support from friggin’ Amazon.com. Why are there seemingly NON-technical people working in Shadow Support?? Many of the responses I get regarding my USB forwarding issues with a Logitech G920 are asinine and at a “Hello, IT” level of It Crowd stupidity. They don't care. Thats why there not growing. No f-s about the customers who actually pay and talk about shadow on a daily basis Well… . . . after getting frustrated enough and being that I’m extremely technically inclined, I was able to (hopefully, still testing) get this resolved on my own. I completely disabled the USB sharing in the Shadow launcher and am instead using a combination of LogMeIn’s Hamachi & VirtualHere. I'm being plagued bij code l-200 lately when trying to start up. Only logging out and back in seems to fix it. Sometimes my stream just stops without any warning, not lagging or anything, I just get dropped back to the app. And watching video's, on YouTube and other services, pauzes without any reason. There is no lag, nu buffering, no lowering of quality, it just pauzes. Clicking on the screen will continue the video immediately without hesitation. Doesnt work for me
It has come to my recent conclusion that shadow is near 100% broken. All of the recent shadow forum topics have been about critical bugs that should have not existed this far into the development of the Shadow Cloud Gaming Computer. A numerous of critical bugs that I and the community have encountered in the last week since shadows recent update -Black Screens -100% CPU usage bug - Critical Lag -screen freezing -infinite loading on startup -additional storage lag -downloading lag -control panel won't open -cannot shut down shadow in the main menu All of the critical bugs above this sentence are bugs that the community shall not and will not tolerate under any circumstances. Shadow is currently backed by an Billionaire with business and cloud computing experience. I vote to revert the current update in order to save Shadows reputation and a massive decrease in customers. It’s been day 5 since i got any help with my computer, I have not got a response from any of the tickets I’ve made (2) in the past few days. I have not got a reply from my reply I sent you guys earlier, This is not okay. I’d hate to complain but I have no choice, I can’t get problems resolved because I dont get responses to my tickets, It’s upsetting. $600 a year for something that has constant problems: Quick Panel doesn’t open as if it is transparent, you have to click outside your display as if it was up there to try and close the invisible box. ALL i mean ALL games are not playable with the stuttering and lag Shadow has recently had ever since I’ve added additional storage. -Quality sits on 140p constantly - huge jumps and lag - CPU is broken, It’s reacting as if it is super laggy even while I’m, writing this message..
