Okay so the second screen caps at 30 fps or both screens after connecting?
Okay maybe you should play the game using an admin account, you can easily make any announce on Windows an admin.
I know little about Cube World, you should try to contact the developer(s) about this issue. Since you’re using beta you should also find out where you can send feedback. Please keep in mind that if you have any programs or settings interfering with the way Shadow operates (example: anti-virus) you should delete them or factory reset your Shadow.
I use Spotify on my Shadow PC too. I had Spotify premium and when I skipped through a lot of songs at once it had that same issue. However, I don’t have that issue on mine anymore. You can try simple things like re-installing Spotify or clearing temp files. You can also use the Windows store version which seems to be more stable.
You can try these optionsResetting (factory reset) both your local PC and your Shadow PC Re-installing the Shadow application (make sure to delete temp files) Updating your local PC and your Shadow PC Re-enabling the forward USB devices to Shadow option Re-installing drivers Disabling Low-Connection mode or any setting that might interfere with the USB connections
You should contact support or you can try shutting down your Shadow then ordering it while it is shut down.
This is a Origin issue. You should contact them for help!
I was able to upgrade storage in time, now days games take up tons of storage. Depending on your location when storage becomes available again you should add additional storage as soon as possible!
Update: Once I switched from the Legacy subscription to Boost subscription I was now able to get support. It seems that if your still on the Legacy plan the system doesn’t create a ticket for you.
If activations are 24 hours after ordering your shadow will most likely be activated by the coming up Tuesday.
You could try these steps that helped me when I had that issue once: Re-installing the Shadow Application Lowering your bandwidth (via. application) Closing other apps Try Low Bandwidth mode Shutdown shadow and try starting again in 20 minutes Updating your local device
Try resetting your Apple TV to default settings and restoring the device. It could also be your internet connection.
I think it’s only for the beta/alpha shadow app for windows. You have to open the app on both devices and then there should be an option where it says run or choose as second display.
Jak And Daxter is my favorite series.
I found that choosing between prefer speed or prefer reliability helps a lot. (I’m not using Cox)
