bonjour, voila plusieurs jours qu’en passant par Shadow nous n arrivons pas à ouvrir notre jeu pour lequel on a pris justement shadow.nous n avons pas eu le mois gratuit offert et en plus, même après avoir désinstaller le jeu et shadow, etiendre l ordinateur et réinstaller le tout. I’ve made 4 different accounts, used 2 different debit cards, and every single time it charges me the $1 for verification, then it charges me $29.99, both of them are successful and are taken out my account, but then after 25-30 minutes I get a email saying “Payment Issues” and then I get my money back around a hour or 2 later, but then this time I tried again and now it took my money out, said “Payment Issues” and has had my $29.99 for 12 hours, I just wanna play on my shadow, not have to deal with this.
So the discord issue dont know if it can be resolved here if it cant not to worried about it but was in discord never muted or anything my acc. got hacked posted something in there cant re join to ask the same question im asking here which is how do i reset my shadow to factory settings? everywhere keeps saying my account but that before they redid the website so now i have no idea where to find it
Hi,I try to clarify how to use your USB devices with SHADOW PC.There are many similar topics but I personally struggle to put all the information together. Hello Shadow Community,i have some USB Speakers and an Additional USB Headset. How can i forward both Devices to my Shadow?I want to listen to Music with my Speakers and also Listen to Sound on Headset with Teamspeak on my Shadow.Microphone Forwarding is no Problem but how can i forward the Default Speaker and the Headset Speaker at the Same time? USB Device Redirection is not good enough. It is buggy and crashes from time to time after some minutes. So i need the built in Sound redirection of Shaodw which only allows me to Forward my Primary Sound Device.
Hello there,I bought Shadow yesterday for 29,99€ i want to play Games with it. Because my own PC is Old and slow.I want to play the new COD Warzone 2.0. First Round i’m thinking ‘’WTF is this’’ it runs very slow - Options - Interface - FPS Counter ON. And what do i see? 32-40 fps? WTF? Ok: Settings - 1920x1080 and all on low.New Round and only 45-52 FPS on LOW?They say that the GPU is at the level of a GTX 1080 and the CPU is a XEON E5 2678 V3.Why i get only 45-52 FPS on low Settings?Even if it's cap to 60 FPS for the normal Shadow PC (29,99€) u will never get only 45-52 FPS with a GTX 1080 and the XEON E5 2678 V3 on lowI have in my own PC a R9 285 and a i5 4660 and get more FPS. on all lowSo WTF is this?

I have a Logitech G502 Hero mouse that, up until a couple of weeks ago was working just fine on my Shadow instance. More recently, I’ve noticed that the scroll wheel doesn’t appear to be working inside of any Steam games. Just to be clear, it works fine in the Steam client, inside of other, (non-Steam), games, and all throughout Windows -- but inside of Steam games the scroll wheel just doesn’t appear to be properly detected.I realize that this could be an issue with Steam rather than with Shadow, but since using Shadow presents a kind of unique wrinkle into the whole set up, I thought I’d check here first to see if anyone else has run in to this.
Bought Shadow PC with Power Upgrade, it says that its activated but in my Account it doesnt say that i have a subscription, and therefore cant start Shadow Launcher. How long does it take in Germany to get a Shadow PC with Power Upgrade? It said 1 hrs, which was 2 hours ago.I dont know if my subscription is cancelled or just not activated. I get no feedback on that in my Settings.Edit: I contacted the support but no answer maybe its off time.
I paid the full $45 three days ago, expecting the Upgrade to kick in. I have completely erased my Shadow PC multiple times hoping that would do the trick, but I am still running a system with a P5000 and 12 GB memory.Having a real hard time contacting Shadow Support in order to sort this out. I have sent multiple emails to Shadow support via the official website. Never got an email confirmation of their reception of my messages and it has been over 72 hours. Discord and Reddit support has also hit a wall.
I’m very happy with my Shadow and have fully switched over to it as my daily driver, but I’d like to update to Windows 11. I understand we can’t/shouldn’t do that right now, but Windows 11 has been out for some time now and I wanted to know if the Shadow devs at least have an idea about when we’ll be able to update to it.
I have a few questions regarding USB mass storage compatibility and specifications:How do network conditions affect the transport of data? Are there any restrictions on data throughput? What precautions are in place to ensure reliability? (Read/write caching, redundant data transport, etc.)Thanks in advance! :3
