i need a refund, i think i just made a huge mistake, i using autofill to made a subcription while i dont recognise that shadow isnt available in my country which is indonesia, the shadow isnt giving me a warn and just charged out my credit card instead, andnow i cant use shadowNote : my internet connection is fine50 MB/S for download and 20 MB/S for uploadAnd its fine as well as im using different service from other PC cloud provider from russia
my card was charged and i did not receiver my shadow tech! it told me my card was declined and then i saw a notification from my bank saying shadow tech stole money from me, ive contacted my bank and contacted support but nothing is helping fast enough so please someone try to give me a soulation because i am really panicking and shadow tech isnt cheap..

Tout va bien SAUF QUE la manette, officielle et neuve, de type DualShock, que ce soit en bluetooth ou en USB à ton pavé tactile qui n’est pas reconnu et les jeux n’offrent souvent aucune possibilité de remapping. Quelqu’un aurait-il une solution svp? Merci bien!
The app on my iPad constantly will have it stuck on “you must log back in” though it’s acting as tho I AM logged in and it says to “start shadow”No matter if I clear the app cache, delete and remove and re download it’s stuck there.although it doesn’t actually have me logged in, and clicking the option to log out doesn’t do anything. The only way to get any other option to come up, is to turn off data and Wi-Fi and then click on the app, which then I can log in via browser… if I turn back on Wi-Fi and cellular, it prompts me to log in via browser but once logged in kicks me back to homescreen and the same loop repeats of it saying “you must log back in” edit: to add I did try power cycling device several times, and I also clicked “reset shadow” on another browser in my shadow account to no avail
My pc have a 1366 x 768 resolution, and the shadow pc can have only 800 x 600 resolution.I tried to change the real pc resolution, to disable and re-enable the function to automatically change resolution on shadow, to change manually resolution on shadow but nothing appened.My shadow doesn,t want to change resolution!!

Hi,Long time client, faced today an issue I’ve never faced before. When I’ve tried login in to my account, had to face the new two-step authentication method. This is fine. What is UNACCEPTABLE is the screen saying that I had to “wait for an available slot”. The counter says that the “estimated remaining time” is 20 minutes, although it has fluctuated down and up for the past few minutes. The lack of waiting time is a critical factor that made me jump from other cloud providers to Shadow. Therefore, I would like to be know if this is due to a non-permanent and fixable system issue, or is this to be expected again in the future. If the latter is the case, I will be forced to search for alternative cloud gaming methods and would be very sorry to leave a service which I am very happy up to this point.
I’ve had an issue with using my Xbox series X controller with my Apple TV 4K running the shadow app. The start and select buttons (or whatever Microsoft calls them) wouldn’t work. Usually I would just forget and reconnect the device for it to work but now it doesn’t want to work at all. Any chance this is a shadow issue or a TVOS issue so I can get it fixed? The service works great otherwise but one of the reasons I got this service was to stream it to my TV so I DEFINITELY want this issue fixed.

I’m interested to know what setups you all have to use a webcam with Shadow?For my part I have a 50Mbit down / 8Mbit up home connection. I have a Shadow Ghost and various other devices and laptops that I can run shadow on. Using the straight USB over IP functionality of Shadow is no good as the uncompressed video feed of the webcam (in this case just a simple Logitech c270) overwhelms the upload capacity of the connection and introduces tearing in the webcam footage and lag in the rest of the experience.My solution:Local PC uses the webcam and the sets up a Skype meeting room with the webcam footage. On the Shadow I then join the Skype meeting room and use OBS to capture the window and provide a software webcam on Shadow which can then be used in any other application. I’ve successfully used this in Discord. I use the microphone functionality of Shadow separately to capture that but it could easily be captured through the Skype feed. My normal latency is around 8-9ms, but then for some reason, the game I’m playing slows to a crawl or even freezes when I get this latency spike of anywhere between 200ms to 400ms and sometimes as high as 500ms, every 10 minutes. You can see from the screenshot how it’s regular as clockwork.I use ethernet direct to the router and have a FTTP 400Mbps connection. I’ve also run PingPlotter and can see it’s coming from my side of the router.Can anyone hazard a guess as to what could be causing this? Anyone with experience trying to nail this type of issue down?Something on my local machine?Some other IoT device on my network?
Okay so my screen is stuck on like a safe mode display I tried to get to the personalized pc but nothing just kick me out when I click display and even tried to change the resolution in the shadow app before launch and nothing so I need help . Is their something I’m doing wrong
The launcher updated around an hour ago, and since then i have not been able to log in to the launcher. When i click log in with browser i type all my information then it redirects me to the launcher but still says log in with browser, and Its the only button i can click. What do i do?
So I used to use this app to play Iron Rebellion, which used to function properly. A little bit ago I loaded up this app for the first time in a while only to find out when I play Iron Rebellion, the virtual in game hands are stuck in a position under the menu options and I can't lift them, making it so I can't select menu options. This game USED to work but now it broke for no reason and I have to say I'm EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED as now I don't know what games of mine may just stop working tomorrow. :/
So I’ve tried to play SkyrimVR and Boneworks on ShadowVR. Initially thought it might have been the Skyrim or connection issue since my controllers kept working weirdly.But today I downloaded boneworks and the controllers completely don’t work. Tried to use a different controller binding for the game as how others fixed their controllers on plutosphere but still nothing. The controllers are stuck and also my field of view is terribly limited. When I move my head around rapidly, I could see the black spots at the corner of my eye. Not sure if anyone has these issues as well. Quite disappointed as I had high hopes. I’ll be trying with VD and shadow PC next time but if anyone know how to fix this, it would be great.
Hello, so I tried playing shadow vr today and it worked but I realized I was on the wrong steam account so I switched the steam account and clicked on start steam vr again and it got hung on Starting Steam VR Services and just sat there. I dont know what to do I have been troubleshooting for hours.
