Hey! I’ve recently been enjoying shadow for the past couple of years now. I really like the idea of shadow and hope it’ll grow 100% international. The one problem I have is I tend to move/take trips to other states alot. and Shadow doesn’t work. Would there be a way to switch databases for a small fee of $5 - $10.I would pay that,or is there a way to switch databases right now?
It has come to my recent conclusion that shadow is near 100% broken. All of the recent shadow forum topics have been about critical bugs that should have not existed this far into the development of the Shadow Cloud Gaming Computer. A numerous of critical bugs that I and the community have encountered in the last week since shadows recent update -Black Screens-100% CPU usage bug- Critical Lag-screen freezing-infinite loading on startup-additional storage lag-downloading lag-control panel won't open-cannot shut down shadow in the main menu All of the critical bugs above this sentence are bugs that the community shall not and will not tolerate under any circumstances. Shadow is currently backed by an Billionaire with business and cloud computing experience. I vote to revert the current update in order to save Shadows reputation and a massive decrease in customers. It’s been day 5 since i got any help with my computer, I have not got a response from any of the tickets I’ve made (2) in the past few days. I have not got a reply from my reply I sent you guys earlier, This is not okay. I’d hate to complain but I have no choice, I can’t get problems resolved because I dont get responses to my tickets, It’s upsetting.$600 a year for something that has constant problems:Quick Panel doesn’t open as if it is transparent, you have to click outside your display as if it was up there to try and close the invisible box.ALL i mean ALL games are not playable with the stuttering and lag Shadow has recently had ever since I’ve added additional storage. -Quality sits on 140p constantly - huge jumps and lag - CPU is broken, It’s reacting as if it is super laggy even while I’m, writing this message..Everytime i make a topic I get one replay referring me to Q/A and a support link, I’ve done it. I’ve done everything you’ve all asked me and nothing works why
It’s very unfortunate for me to be coming here and saying this but ever since they allowed storage in Texas and their new update Shadow has really degraded their performances.I have to wait over 24 hours for a response for my ticket and once I get a message back all they did is reboot my PC and it did nothing, it has been another 24 hours since I had a responce from them. Over 72 hours just trying to fix one problemThe lag is insane on this shadow application, 2FPS maxthis isnt local at all, multiple people have complained about this on numerous platforms. I’m tired of waiting for a response for over 24 hours, Im tired of something I pay $600 a year for not working.. I can’t even access the Control panel anymore as it’s not working….. dissapointed in this software.Please fix these problems
For some reason after I've had a storage upgrade in Texas soon afterward my fps dropped to around 2 - 10fpsSometimes Even freezing for minutes on end and cutting me off. Sometimes my display goes to the size as a tablet with 140p quality. It's not my computer or my internet as both are working perfectly fine on other devices. I rebooted and turned off devices on the internet. Still tje same problem for 24 hours now. I've seen a few people on tje discord complain about degraded performances as well Is there anyway you guys can fix this.I'm hoping this can get resolved. I don't want to cancel 🙏
