Hi, I just have one billing question! I noticed that my subscription was a Shadow Legacy annual subscription. If I change to the Shadow Boost Yearly commitment am I billed by monthly or am I billed once a year?
I recently noticed that other Shadow users are getting support replies. However I noticed that I’m not getting replies back from the support team. I made two messages to the team around 3-4 months ago and didn’t get a reply back. Is this a known issue due to COVID? I checked my spam and inbox but there was still no messages back. The only emails I get from Shadow is the newsletters.
