Was able to load and play on Shadow just fine until 10/15. It randomly booted me offline and now when I try to launch it, it never actually loads. Just recently got my account to where it could log into the website and wasn’t in “maintenance mode”. Even after getting double billed for the same month (1 month was refunded back), I’ve still been paying for a service I cant even use for a week now. I have tried uninstalling shadow, reinstalling it, restarting my device, restarting shadow vm, and even using a completely different phone and PC. Primary phone is Samsung Galaxy A02S and secondary phone is Moto G.
Please i need help, my shadow was cancelled for no reason, I didnt cancel it and I paid my last bill, this will be the LAST time i use shadow if i cant get it back. My shadow was banned at one point for a false crypto flag and i bad to redownload everything and it was awful, I really dont want to have to do that, instead i'll probably just buy myself a new pc and be done with this crap
I got today an e-mail with my activation link to get shadow power upgrade.but when I click the link it wil zend me to internet I come at a page where I can select two options 1 shadow normal 2 shadow poweri select number 2next it Will ask me to sighn up an accaunt or log in if I already have an accauntso I try to sighn in to my accaunt then it Will say legacy accaunt cant do it by this wat the have to go to page : and with a link press here I do press here and then it goes to my normal accaunt page where I cant do annything please can you help me beacause I have ontging on a pre order that wont work. plus I pre order something and then it wont work so why pre order?plus I cant make a new accaunt because of the payment methot you can only chose for credit or debit but whe use iDeal in the netherlands.Please help me
My ShadowPC is not loading. I can see many threads with same issue that have been going on for weeks. Last time this happened to me it was also like 10 days. I am scared that its going to be that long again.Is there any concrete way to get support from ShadowPC on this. These forum post never really seem to go anywhere and the same goes for the ticket system. Anyone else had any luck with other approaches? It always feel like you just have to lump it until they get around to fixing - Be that days, weeks, or months. and they never refund or compensate you for it. I guess the answer is cancel but ive yet to find a better alternative. If only GFN had World of Warcraft available.

Hi guys, I have the problem mentioned in the title. When scrolling with two fingers on my touchpad whilst using Shadow, the scroll is way more sensitive than on my physical computer. Within windows on my shadow I chose the setting to only scroll 1 line at a time. Nevertheless, it feels like the setting is at 10 lines at a time. Does anybody experience something similar or perhaps have a solution for this? Thanks in advance, Ra
Hey everyone, my first post here. I log in on Shadow and when I am on it, it says I have no internet. In the settings although it says there is a connection and my proxy is (still) off.(I read somewhere on Reddit that this could be the cause)Can someone help me with this? It is pretty frustrating that 5min ago I was online and now it is not working and nowhere can I see, why.Is their internet down?
I subscribed to shadow, and had thought I had cancelled it after subscribing. However, I checked my bank statement, and I was double charged $30, today. Even if the subscription was in tact, I understand being charged once. But to be double charged. When I was trying to login in to my account, it says that my account is under maintenance. Please let me know what I can do, because I was not planning on having it.
I have been attempting to log in since Friday but no matter how long I wait it never loads, so I try to log in the website for help but it tells me my account is in maintenance mode. I was eventually charged for another month of service and waited a bit to try to log in but still couldn't. Now I have been billed a second time for it and still can't use it. Not sure what to do.
I can not get into my shadow account. All it does when I try to generate a login code is show a blank QR code and no link. And then goes back to the orange “generate new login code.”when I try to login from a browser, it tells me my account is in maintenance mode? I do not get why I can’t access something I pay to use.
I´m using shadow on my windows 10 laptop. Everything has been fine for the 10+ months that I´m using shadow now. When I tried opening the launcher this week, it requested that I should login using my browser. However, when clicking on the corresponding button nothing happened. My default browser is Chrome, but it also didnt work with any other browser. I tried a few thing I found online (date & time settings, firewall, incognito mode) but nothing helped. I even tried to reset my PC (planned to do that anyways). But still, the browser login doesnt work.Is there anything else I could try? This is unfortunately a very annoying situation, as I've been paying for a service I can't use for almost a week now. However, without having backed up my data, I don't want to cancel my subscription either. I have already contacted customer service, but unfortunately they have not been able to help me yet.Thanks for your help!
For a while I was unable to connect to my Shadow via my iPhone. While this is still an ongoing issue, a work around that allows me to access my Shadow from my iPhone is to start the app but not connect. Instead I hit the gear icon to get into the settings and scroll down and click "Display Safe Mode". This seems to allow the app to connect properly. I am not sure what the cause of the issue is with the iOS app, but this seems to be an effective work around. Hopefully the Shadow devs can figure out the cause so using safe mode isn’t necessary.
hello im an old shadow member and have been inactive for a few months and now i wanna reorder my shadow so i clicked the "preorder" button whatever that means and then i filled out the inforomation and logged inand then an error message saying legacy customers should use our initial interface and the i clicked continue and logged in to the legacy site and then it threw me to the account page and then i said "preorder" again and the same thing happened please help
I am using Shadow on an Android TV.I use latest Shadow OFFICIAL version 3.12.1. Controller is recognized by the TV and Shadow Launcher. However when starting a game in Shadow it cannot be used, no matter which game I try. Android even asks me if I allow Shadow to use it, and I allow it. Any tip would be appreciated.
Hi,I just got Shadow and it worked perfectly fine at first, then out of nowhere I get a black screen when I log in. I can tell I am in the computer because I can request the task manager when I hit Ctrl Alt Del, but otherwise it’s all black and I can see the cursor. I couldn’t reach out anyone while I think just a chat box would be so useful for first time users as the product reliability is extremely important and it seems it could be so easily fixable, the Nvidia control panel seemed broken, I am not sure.Please help me, maybe give me another computer / partition so I can use this before it becomes useless. Thank you !
I tried to play Xplane in VR with Virtual desktop on the low graphics settings in VD. But I don’t get above 25 FPS, the latency is 79 ms. It’s horrible. I have 5 Gb connection and the router is next to the PC. I think the nividea P5000 isn’t capable to play a game like this. or other high performance games like MfS who also plays x plane 11 with the p5000 card and what are your experiences and settings in Virtual desktop and xplane? And shadow I expect that the Power upgrade for this kind of flight sims games will make a big difference for performance can’t wait!
Last night, playing Civ VI was fine. This morning I noticed the game crashed three times. When I got into eh Quick Menu, I notice that the client is running at 7-9fps just on the game menu. Trying to quit the game causes it to freeze for about 10 seconds, then go into a not responding state. I saw briefly that the CPU was stuck at 100%Recently I see that the GFX car has changed from a 1080, to a Quadro. Which I thought was generally for design, rather than gaming.The feeling that Shadow’s machines are lagging behind in what is considered a gaming machine. The only thing that makes these mahcines technically “Gaming” is the gfx card. Now it seems I’m (trying to) play games on a CAD PC.EDIT: fps in windows is 3fps.
I came back after a few months of inactivity. Every time I’m trying to resubscribe I’m getting “Legacy customers should use our initial interface”What exactly is initial interface? I was looking everywhere for an option to subscribe, nothing. Only preorder option giving me this msg every time.On top of that I found out that power upgrade priority is for people that still were on boost waiting list. I was on Infinite list for months and cancelled after Shadow announced they will not offer Ultra and Infinite anymore.And I was an user since the beginning of Shadow.Now I remember why I cancelled.C’mon man!
