My mouse will randomly disappear from the screen. I use my shadow for gaming and I've had this issue happen in every game I have tried. The mouse appears to still be there as I can move it around and see it highlighting things. The only way I have found to get the mouse cursor back is using the windows shortcut for the shadow overlay. When I toggle that, the mouse comes back for awhile but then disappears after some play time. Anyone have any ideas?
I recently side loaded (via SideQuest) Shadow VR, and got it up and running. So my shadow £17.99 after 2 and a bit years is now nearly double the price monthly £32.50. With it seems no increase in specs or service at all and an outstanding upgrade dating from 2019.How is a doubled cost justified by the company when there is no addition of service or specs? What price is expected for the ‘elusive, upgrade that was £24.99?… £50? Your present customers weren't given options with your new pricing or a range of plans for customers. Hello. first I’m hardwired to my modem.After using shadow for a week, I found that there is some sort of issue with my internet. Everything runs, but every 1.5 seconds, you can feel this 0.15 second stutter. How can I describe it….. Like your watching a 2 second smooth fighting animation loop (like a fighting stance) and then you cut 2 frames from the loop and now the character looks like its glitching or missing frames.In every game, even when watching a video through shadow, everything kinda just pops or stops for .15 seconds then resumes like normal, then 1.5 seconds later, it pops, repeats.I spoke with customer support. It sounds like the main issue is with this - https://lg.shadow.tech/ numbers 7-10 shows this big jump from 9ms to 20ms which they pointed out may be the issue while 1-6 shows 0.3ms to 2.7ms. My microphone works fine on my local PC but as soon as i go to shadow PC all i hear is quiet mumbles if anything, For example if i try to record it using OBS when i play it back is just sounds like I’m smacking my lips every now and then instead of what i said, I also tried it with Discord and it sounds the exact same whenever I talk My local PC is windows. I’ve tried un muting it in control panel to no avail, turning up my sound in control panel, restarting shadow, turning on USB peripherals and using the mic from there, and most other fixes on YouTube, By the way i am using a Blue Snowball microphone, all voice changers and other things are off on the local PC and on shadow, Any help is appreciated.

Wondering why Detroit: Become human is re-compiling shader pipelines after each reboot of my Shadow? The documentation states that this only occurs on first launch or after a GPU driver update.Not sure if anyone else has experienced this or found a workaround.
It’s been day 5 since i got any help with my computer, I have not got a response from any of the tickets I’ve made (2) in the past few days. I have not got a reply from my reply I sent you guys earlier, This is not okay. On 5 October I was billed for my first payment under the new pricing structure. going from $12 USD to $30 USD. While I understand the need for this price increase it does bring up a concern. I was fully prepared to transition from Shadow Boost to Ultra when it became available. My logic was (and is) that $360 a year would still be less than I’d likely spend on PC hardware upgrades over the same period of time and the hardware on Ultra was more than adequate for my needs. Now I am essentially paying the same monthly cost as Ultra without the benefit. The hardware currently running “my” Shadow is the equivalent of a six year old gaming PC. Which brings me to my question.How long will we have to wait before we find out what the new hardware landscape will look like for Shadow? Speaking frankly and for myself alone, the $30/mo I am spending for Shadow could easily be put into a new gaming PC with better specs.
I’m trying to play Half life Alyx on the quest 2. I managed to get it working, but it’s a bit laggy and the video quality isn’t great (up to the point where it looks like a quest game).Any guides around or tips on how to get the best experience? I have a ticket escalated to the network engineers. My latency bad enough where I can’t use it for gaming anymore. There hasn’t been any real update. This whole weekend and then some, I haven’t been able to use my Shadow for its intended purpose. Ticket #954512 Can someone/anyone help? It’s getting harder and harder to justify the service.
