Hello, my payment processing which I’ve used for the past few months seems to not be supported any longer. Is it possible to hold cancelation of my shadow for longer than 4 days in order to find a payment method that you will accept? Please any information on holding this would be greatly appreciated.
After the data center move, I am no longer able to log in to the app since it it is now asking for an authorization code that DOES NOT WORK. Tried manually typing the code and copy/paste. Trying to send a new code also DOES NOT WORK, it immediately says too many codes have been sent at THE FIRST ATTEMPT. Seriously about to unsubscribe.
I’m getting ~5fps in all of my games. I can hardly even navigate to websites in Google Chrome the lag is so bad. It was fine last night so no idea what is happening today with the servers. I’m using ethernet and I have google fiber internet. I’ve tried all troubleshooting steps: restarting my router, restarted Shadow, restarted my PC, etc. Issues persist. Sounds like this is happening to several others, per the Shadow Discord server.
So Shadow won't boot up anymore, no matter what I try. Rebooting router multiple times didn't help.It worked perfectly fine yesterday and I haven't changed any settings. I just get the V-100 error code each and every time.I use the Shadow Ghost with a wired connection on a perfectly functioning router.
UpdateSwitching to Shadow Beta resolved the issue for me.IssueMy USB controller is being detected but clicking the checkbox does nothing. Occasionally it briefly flickers a loading indicator, but remains unchecked. This was working just a few days ago and I have not had any changes to my operating system or other hardware / software.Resolution AttemptsI have tried 1) uninstalling and reinstalling the USB drivers and 2) deleting and re-downloading the Shadow build and unfortunately the problem persists. I’m wondering if anyone has encountered this issue and what steps might I try to get the controller working again. The problem is this: Shadow simply doesn’t respond to any input from any usb device and it’s definitely not a hardware problem. It all started when i installed Huion drivers for a drawing tablet, right after the reset Shadow stopped responding. Ya can try it out by installing them (they were Huion Kamvas 22 drivers, the newest version)It’s the regular version of Shadow, on windows 10. Searching a bit about that online, i discovered that other people had this problemGiven that i identified the issue, how do i remove dem drivers without being able to use my mouse, keyboard or anything? I don’t want to reset it all since i’d lose my data
I am tired of this. When i play with the wheel, at some point I get a notification telling me I need to move the mouse / keyboard because they think I am away. At the meantime, quality of the streaming drops horribly. How can I avoid this ?
Hi Folks,as I saw in one of the latest changelog TrackIR is now supported. Unfortunately I am not able to see my TrackIR device in the list of available usb devices to forward. I am using the latest beta launcher on Mac OS. Anybody here who gets trackir to work without usb server and these stuff? Christian

It happens 50% of the time… I have a good connection i wonder why i can’t connect like that and it happen so often. It’s really p****g me off !! I’m confused. I wish I could just disable this feature, but Shadow always asks me on start “What do I want to do with this device?”What additional device. Only one monitor is connected.Then, the plot thickens. When I try to uninstall USB drivers, even though I’m on the official client I get asked if I want to upgrade to official with the following message:To switch version, both your Shadow x86/64 & your Shadow have to be restarted and updated. I downloaded the 32Bit version to see if it would make any difference here.Of course it doesn’t update, the launcher just restarts.Any workarounds for this?
Hi Shadow Community! I can’t get Wolfenstein 2 (Steam) to launch… It runs through the titles but then get stuck on a black screen with the audio playing. It’s probably a problem with the game, was really poorly optimised on my old gaming machine but just wondered if anyone has had any luck getting it to work?
I'm going a bit crazy... Tested Shadow on/off and all is perfect except input lag on my gamepad. Speed ist great, quality is great, connection is great, the only thing is that in many games i've tested i have some serious input lag only with my gamepad (XBOX Wireless Controller).If i use Keyboard/Mouse everything is fine. I had the same issue with Steam Games, with COD Modern Warfare (Battle net) etc.On some games i don't evenr ecognize it if it's an adventure or walking simulater or so, but in FPS especially i recognize it immediately.Example: If i shoot via Keyboard the shot is made and finish. If i shoot via Controller the shot doesn't stop until i run out of ammo. Also experienced it in Detoit: Become Human when i couldn't pass some Quick Time events although pressing on the buttons.I've resetted my Shadow PC, tried different settings again and again, but can't get the controller to work properly. Everything else is fine.PS: I do not had any problems with this Controller with Stadi

Hello Shadow community !Since the last 2 or 3 updates, I had a “bug”, so I need to understand if this is my problem only, or app related. When I use cmd+tab to switch from MacOS to Shadow, and sometime randomly when on shadow, the LOCK CURSOR feature “auto unlocks” itself, and the MacOS dock overlaps Shadow (not all the times). in order to fix it, I need to do one of the 2 things:alt+cmd+M twice (unlock, and lock again) on shadoworcmd+tab to go to MacOS, and click with the mouse on the shadow dock icon to return to shadow. It’s just me or someone else is having this problem?
Hi.I got my Shadow yesterday and wanted to log into a game I had not played since ages, but I am failing completely in entering my email for login. I use a windows keyboard on the Mac. The Alt and AltGROn Windows it is Alt keys are Opt on the Mac.Windows with German keyboard layout: AltGr+Q: @ sign (AltGr is the right Alt button, only on German keyboards, to reach some third layer signs)Mac, exactly the same keys: Opt+Q: Close current window similar to Alt+F4 on Windows.Nevertheless: nothing works when I am in Shadow. I can type an @ neither with the Mac nor the Windows key combination, so I cannot log in. So the most imporatant question: How do I get to the special keys on my keyboard that require the right Alt button The other thing: When I am in the Shadow, I would like it to be completely Windows and all commands shall be interpreted as commands to the VM, Alt+Tab should change between windows on the VM, it actually changes between the Shadow (which runs in full frame) and anoth
