I factory reset my Shadow to clean everything up. My upgraded storage did not reset. I am guessing i have to format the 
drive. Has anyone done this and is there anything i need to watch out for?

When you factory reset it will reset your shadow’s windows install and the c drive but will (should) leave the d drive alone.
