Unfortunately no, the raise in price was necessary to continue to exist with new investors and to be able to activate new users. There is no word yet on any hardware upgrades; only storage space can be upgraded at this point.
UItra & Infinite preorders are still pending, but there's no information as to when these will be available.

To add to what Jordy said, Shadow did state that they have plans to upgrade existing hardware, however sadly, at the current moment we have no other information regarding that. Ultra and Infinite have been fully discontinued and only a few users have access to them on the Gravelines datacenter in Europe.
I didn't even know that. My ultra setup is still stated as being ordered since December 2019, but I guess it's officially cancelled then?

You can contact support for a for sure answer 
As far as i know, they will give the ultra and infinite configurations to users who preordered, if an active user cancel his subscription. But there will be no new canfigurations i think.
