Never know if Shadow will start

I am a new shadow subscriber.  I was hoping to use this as a main PC. A week and a half into my first month I can already see this is not possible.  Every time I press the start shadow button it is a gamble if it will start or not.

Once it starts, it works very well for me, impressive really.  I am not sure what the problem is with shadow that it decides to not start or why an hour later it starts up without any issue.

There seems to be a great possibility with this service and I hope the shadow team can get the basics fixed.

I agree, Error U-103. Happens few times a day. Cant see myself continuing to pay for a service that only works sometimes.

WHY?? They never solve anything. They have yet to solve a single one of my issues. I wind up spending hours resolving them on my own. Shadow “Support” some of the most awful I have ever experienced. They’re at an “IT Crowd” - “have you turned it off and back on again” level of pathetic.

Reporting issues to customer support is important so that issues get documented and looked into. With every support ticket about an issue Shadow receives more data about the issue and in the best case Shadow is able to deploy a fix very soon.

YEAH, that’s a given. Reporting issues is necessary, but users should not expect a good response, if any and they should most definitely not expect to receive a true solution to the issue. 

I just got a response back from support this morning regarding my recent audio troubles. Extremely bad audio quality despite uninstalling/installing the device, the drivers, GeForce Experience, etc, etc,. Multiple reboots and multiple app/driver installs and uninstalls did nothing to resolve the issue… 

Their response???  -  Did you try updating the drivers??  - GD-it!!! *%&$#!!! - USELESS

Bro they have to ask that, like why would they not ask you if you updated your drivers...what if you didn’t? Have you ever worked tech support before?

BRO… Are your reading comprehension skills that bad?? Did you not read what I said about having done ALL of that?? - WOW. You should ask them for a job. - YES, as a matter of fact, I am an IT Pro and have managed & overseen technical teams, departments, crews, etc. - This is the single most pathetic, asinine, and hilariously awful tech support I have ever seen. The responses they provide are less than L1 and they’re not even technically minded people, they all seem to be “customer support” agents who copy/paste blurbs & regurgitate the same damn things over and over and over again and again based on key words and not the user’s actual, personal issues and struggles with their Shadow.
