So many updates, so little patch notes.

Every few days while booting up shadow I see: “update in progress” either from the launcher or right before I start my shadow. WHAT are you guys updating? Seriously there are no new features and I'd have trouble believing there are that many bug fixes. If you are releasing bug fixes, where are the patch notes? people want to see their issues getting resolved via updates but there are NO PATCH NOTES. Why? Seriously every other software developer in the world has release notes. Please add your release notes so we’re not in the “shadows” about what's happening with these updates. It's a little frustrating. 

Note: I’m on beta, which is why there maybe so many updates, I dont care how many updates there are,  my point is about no patch notes.

If you are getting an update everytime you are loading that app, that means that there is something wrong. Are you switching between client versions often? Like between mobile (using official app) and beta on PC?

Not everytime, i use it daily but every few days maybe once a week. Its not the frequency that bothers me its not knowing what exactly is updating. just wish we had patch notes.

They do release patchnotes in the change logs section on the discord. If a patch is not mentioned it is typically because some part of your streamer got corrupted and it is repairing itself.

This is true, if it is updating frequently there might be an issue with your app.

Sometimes I really want to “throw in the towel” with Shadow because there are so many “updates” most of which I feel are useless. It is getting like the old days of when I used a PS4!

Switching between client types triggers the update for me. Beta - release. Ios - desktop. 

This is one of the more impressive messes I’ve ever seen.

I get the same problem when I switch between PC and Android.
