Which framerates does Shadow PC app support?

Hi, i want to buy a new monitor and i want to know which framerates the Shadow PC app supports.

This list is rather outdated but it should serve as a good baseline for your quest… Think of it like an outdated map before you set out on an adventure…..

What if the monitor is 60, 120, and 240hz? Then 144 doesn’t fit. And what about 166 and 170Hz?

I run my Shadow at 1920x1080 @144hz without issue and great fps.

The monitor I use is an ASUS VG278Q 27" Full HD 1080P 144Hz that’s on Amazon for 200$ USD

The list I provided was expected bandwidth costs relative to resolution and refresh rate. Notice that the list has expected bandwith usage next to resolution and fps….. that means if your pushing 4k at 144 fps you are going to need 160 to 290 megabits per second…. So why does that bandwith matter? Simple shadow caps out at 70Mbps so if you know your monitor resolution is 4k and its refresh is 144 then shadow will not be able to run at native resolution.

Like i said the monitors i am looking at are 60, 120, 166, 170 and 240hz not 144hz and i’m not trying to push 4k or 2k, at least not on Shadow.
