I've got 126 Mbps allocated but somehow shadow runs on consistent 1 Mbps, it's like if it was capped at it. So audio is non existent kinda. My download speed is normal. But audio and microphone are completely garbage.

With 1Mbps connection that is kinda obvious. Is your slider set to full 70Mbit? If you have issues with that you might have to reinstall your launcher:
1. Uninstall Shadow 2. Go to the your %appdata% folder (Windows search '%appdata%') and delete all 'Shadow'-related folders 3. Delete the folder C://Users/username/.shadow 4. Restart your computer 5. Download and install Shadow again at https://account.shadow.tech/apps (choose Applications on the left)
