Issue: The framerate is consistently low, and doesn’t match what the Shadow Quick Menu is saying (constant 60fps in the attached example), as if it was throttled somehow. For some reason, I noticed that only the mouse on the desktop looks super fluid when I move it, but anything else (dragging and dropping, opening menus, internet browsing, watching videos…) gets a lower framerate. Games are just as slow, but not slower. I usually use Shadow with my Macbook with the same broadband conditions and without a problem, but wanted to compare the experience with a PC laptop, so the issue seems with this PC only. Changing the limited frame rate on Shadow doesn’t change the issue. I’ve tested with a different monitor, and no luck so far. Hope you guys can help :)
Try connecting to a 5Ghz wifi signal, or connect to an Ethernet port. Try changing as well the streaming service (TCP or UDP). Also make sure to keep your shadow updated and maybe lower the bandwidth just a tiny bit if it helps.
