already startered billing, still dont have shadow

When you first sign up, you’re charged for the first month immediately...but the clock doesn’t start ticking until your Shadow is activated and you’re able to use it. When that happens, you won’t be charged again until a month later.

This mechanism is to prevent people from creating subscriptions that they have no intention of paying for...there’s some significant work on the front-end for provisioning new users.

If you’ve already waited for that initial period, and have been charged a second time - contact support and they’ll sort it out.
