Been using Shadow power upgrade for a few days and I am really impressed, USB passthru, dual screens, Oculus integration etc.
Tonight I cant access my machine as it is timing out “starting video services”, cannot connect PC, Mac, Quest, iPhone….
Is there any way of rebooting the machine “manually” or remotely outside of the unresponsive apps?
If you use the client you can reboot your shadow via the help menu in the client.
If your shadow is still unresponsive reach out to shadow support.
