Auto Shutdown When Using Shaow

I am using the Shadow Ghost and have the Logitech G502 Hero and  Logitec G513 Mouse and Keyboard.

As of last week when using the shadow I have been given the notification of the Auto Shutdown timer when I am using Shadow and no matter if I click type or anything it does not register I have not had this issue at all until last week. I have seen that it might be an issue with the 3.0 ports but I have been using them and have had not had the issue up until last week.

Since you are using a Shadow Ghost, please make sure to use the grey USB 2.0 ports for your Mouse/Keyboard. By plugging it in there, they will only provide an active input to Shadow. The USB 3.0 ports do not count at this time.

Currently, Shadow will automatically shut down after 30 minutes of inactivity and no direct inputs. Your Shadow will automatically shut down after 15 minutes if the app is closed.

At this time, there is no way to avoid the auto-hibernation as our team has implemented it to preserve the hardware from degradation and over-clocking. As long as there is input detected (keystroke and/or mouse click), your Shadow should remain active. There isn't a way to toggle this feature off and any attempt to do so is against our Terms of Use: https://shadow.tech/terms-of-use/

If your Shadow is running but the app is not launched (such as connecting from other services), your Shadow will automatically shut down in 30 minutes to ensure that our resources and your Shadow runs efficiently. Please note that the timing can change in the future if our developers determine the need to.

If the issue persists, we would love to assist you out properly. Please go ahead and reach out to our wonderful Support Team from your account page (https://account.shadow.tech/home/support) so that they can help look into this further.
