Bad performance, but only on Ghost

Hi all, ever since my Ghost was updated last week the performance has degraded. I now have screen tearing, laggy mouse response, longer loading times, etc.
The strange thing is that Shadow does this exclusively on the Ghost. I've tried running the Windows and OS X versions of Shadow and they work just fine, without any issues.

Checked the internet connection and even tried a different ethernet cable, but nothing seems to fix the issue. Does anyone have any idea what could be going on?

Sorry to hear that your Shadow Ghost is not working as expected. Can you reach out to our Support Team to see what can be done? It sounds like the update might not have been installed properly, but that is only my guess.

I think I can second this as I have a ghost, and apart from the fact that if an update happened, I didn't notice 👀, I don’t see any performance drop on my shadow ghost, neither I do on normal client and phone usage.
