Have you tried restarting stream? Changing your Mb allocation, or the low bandwidth stream option? Also, is your computer plugged in to your router?

What is your home Internet connection speed?
The low bandwidth option should help a lot with this, how many Megabytes per second is your internet getting? Usually you need at least 15mbps as far as I personally know!
