Hi! I am trying to install BBCSO from Spitfire Audio on my shadow pc, but even though it seems to be installed when I check in the spitfire installer, there are no flies on my shadow pc.
Can anybody help...

Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the software or redownloading the install incase the original install was corrupted?
Are you able to install other applications such as Steam, Firefox, Chrome, Epic Games? If so, then there might be an issue with BBCSO. I recommend reaching out to their support team to see if they can walk you through on how to install their software.
If you believe that this is a Shadow issue, please reach out to our support team from your account page so they can look into this.
