Hi,
I just got Shadow and it worked perfectly fine at first, then out of nowhere I get a black screen when I log in. I can tell I am in the computer because I can request the task manager when I hit Ctrl Alt Del, but otherwise it’s all black and I can see the cursor. I couldn’t reach out anyone while I think just a chat box would be so useful for first time users as the product reliability is extremely important and it seems it could be so easily fixable, the Nvidia control panel seemed broken, I am not sure.
Please help me, maybe give me another computer / partition so I can use this before it becomes useless.
