I get a black scree after installing blue stack 10 Hyper-V cloud app In probably shouldn't have done this but any info would help

Hey there @Blindhunter892, sorry to hear that you’re getting black screen issue after installing Bluestacks.

 

Using software that requires virtualization is not allowed on Shadow. It cannot be enabled and any attempt to do so is against our guidelines. We are unable to activate virtualization or edit your BIOS for Shadow.

Installing Virtualization Software

 

Shadow does not support virtualization software, including emulators, and cannot be modified to do so. Attempting to enable virtualization is considered a modification and is not supported.

 

You can try to use applications like Docker Desktop, Bluestacks, or Nox, but we are unable to guarantee that it will work since virtualization is disabled on Shadow as those apps are more like Virtual Machines rather than pure emulators.
