Blurry screen on and off until I click on Quick Menu

Hello, I hope you can help. My connection works great but sometimes, often when I switch application within Shadow, the screen starts to blur on and off approx. every other second. The on/off blur stops when I click on the Quick Menu.


Does anybody have an idea why is this and how to fix it? IT happens randomly and always when I switch applications, for example, If i’m playing a game in Full screen and I switch to a web browser momentarily.
