Can't accept the new price agreement

selecting either the top banner or the new offer link go nowhere. The address displays as account.shadow.tech/new-price-agreement but in both cases then changes to account.shadow.tech/home. I've been waiting since December 2020 and to get this close is frustrating, hopefully this will be addressed.

Yeah I have the same issue, I really hope this gets dealt with soon, interact to get this noticed please. @thade69 if you get a solution please let me know.

Yeah, I've just recieved this new email today saying I need to accept the new offer or I'll lose my pre-order but as usual all the links go to the home page!! The lack of communication and random copy and paste responses is getting really frustrating.

I've contacted support several times as well, and they are supposedly active every day between certain times but I haven't gotten any response. Even more frustrating is the fact the my friend who ordered later than I did got his activation today and I'm still here waiting. 

Yeah same me too, I've sent a support ticket and will update if anything else happens

Best we can do is keep replying to this thread and keep it on the front page until they do something about it.

Hey guys,
the new plan has to be accepted/rejected on https://shdw.me/account. There will be a red pop-up, asking you to make a decsion. If you are having issues with this make sure to try a different browser, clear your cache and disable all sorts of adblockers. Support will always help you if all of these stept were not helpful.

Yeah, unfortunately it always redirects me to http://account.shadow.tech/home - changing things doesn't seem to be working

Yeah, I've tried all of these and im just holding out for literally any response from support or someone at shadow who can give me a next step. I'm sure it's not that difficult for my consent to the new pricing to be acknowledged manually considering that if it was working, the only thing between me and activation would be a check box and an accept button.

It's got to be a ploy string us along till it passes the deadline and they cancel our preorders then we have to sign up at full price! No way is it this complicated to go to a link and that link to open to the correct page, never had this issue in 20 years of clicking links!!!

II had that one few days ago, I'm guessing never, I can see we'll be getting canceled and refunded. Then made to pay full price if we still want shadow! Very frustrating!

Definitely bull****, tried chrome, edge AND opera browser and using vpn, you can't tell me all these browsers have the same issue where they redirect all links https://shdw.me/account AND account.shadow.tech/new-price-agreement to account.shadow.tech/home. This is just to get out of honoring the lower price and free month!

That's why we've gotta keep this thread active, make noise until its fixed because all we want is to be able to accept and get going.

Yeah. The thing is I'll pay the new price if I have to - I've just waited 6 and a half months for activation and don't want to wait until August for no reason. I should have been activated almost a month ago, I'm fine waiting, but I don't want to get back ib the queue

The date now if you apply is March 2022 for me in UK. So hopefully something will happen and they'll honour their word.

The forums filter by most recently active, it's hard to believe that an employee/member of teamshadow hasn't seen this thread. We just want confirmation that something will be done before we get filtered out by the deadline. It's not a huge ask for a message saying "no, we're not leaving you behind."

For me personally, the price has nothing to do with my concern. I just don't think there's a reasonable excuse to make a paying customer wait nearly a year and then after delays, not addressing a simple issue which prevents them from accessing what they paid for.

Couldn't agree more, C'mon teamshadow at least give us confirmation that as you've acknowledged this issue you will not let our preorders be cancelled due to the deadline when we want to pay for the service.

I hope this is the same for me because I haven't heard anything from support. It looks promising but I haven't even had the previous support emails you guys mentioned. Our cases are very likely the same so it would be more than a bit frustrating if the action wasn't taken for my account 😬

Yeah this email is the most reassuring one for me yet, thanks for sharing it. Hopefully I'll have cause to change this username in the near future.
