Me too, the lack of urgency or communication is appalling. Just left we no clue as to what's going on or if we're ever going to get activated. 

Absolutely, I want to use shadow and we’re so close to getting activated but there is just a single website error in the way! Gah!

Anyone got anything?

No.. Just sent another email letting them know its 24 days until cancellation. Pretty sure it will be the same response.

I was told I'd hear from the team by the end of the week. Sunday came and still nothing, emailed them and same response, sorry still not heard anything back from the team. My expiry date is 31st August and I'm. Not holding much hope that I won't just get my pre-order cancelled and refunded.

Best we can do is keep replying to this thread and keep it on the front page until they do something about it.

the new plan has to be accepted/rejected on https://shdw.me/account. There will be a red pop-up, asking you to make a decsion. If you are having issues with this make sure to try a different browser, clear your cache and disable all sorts of adblockers. Support will always help you if all of these stept were not helpful.

Yeah, unfortunately it always redirects me to http://account.shadow.tech/home - changing things doesn't seem to be working 

I have recieved this email but who knows how long we'll be waiting

II had that one few days ago, I'm guessing never, I can see we'll be getting canceled and refunded. Then made to pay full price if we still want shadow! Very frustrating!

Definitely bull****, tried chrome, edge AND opera browser and using vpn, you can't tell me all these browsers have the same issue where they redirect all links https://shdw.me/account AND account.shadow.tech/new-price-agreement to account.shadow.tech/home. This is just to get out of honoring the lower price and free month!

Well, finally with a week to go recieved a new email, clicked the link and it worked! Hopefully be activated today or tomorrow

Yeah. The thing is I'll pay the new price if I have to - I've just waited 6 and a half months for activation and don't want to wait until August for no reason. I should have been activated almost a month ago, I'm fine waiting, but I don't want to get back ib the queue

Unfortunately yes. Not great news but hopefully will be sorted ASAP.
