Hey Guys,
I’m having an issue where I can’t start Shadow on Apple TV. It hangs on ‘Starting Shadow’ then just kicks back to the home screen. This happens in both the stable and beta app. It launches fine on my desktop though...
Any and all help would be appreciated.

Update: tvOS does not give error messages, it seems, but iOS (iPad and iPhone) will. Seems to be error code U:101. None of the fixes suggested on the forum have worked so far. I submitted a support ticket, and will update this thread with the fix/solution when I have it.

Do you have access to a computer? If you do, try to Shutdown wait 20 minutes then trying to start it again.
Try to login in other device like a pc or your smartphone this will ask to restart your shadow after using it shutdown your session and go again to your Apple TV if not work the other solution is restart your Apple TV in system configuration.
