can't use my shadow since saturday night error A-468 support told me it’s going to take upto 48 hrs and the issue is still there.

The A-468 error usually means that your Shadow has not yet been set up. Our activations are Monday-Thursdsay. If you are in the AMS data center, you should check our activation update page for more information or reach out to our support team.

my shadow is activated Brittaney it’s just having issues loggin in since saturday
been 3 days and the fourth is incoming ;/

So do i have to wait for activation again after doing a reset to my Shadow? i don’t get it…...
I’m getting the same error since saturday too, my Shadow was working perfectly before that day, but after i got the error msg i reset my Shadow and now its been 3 days and it still saying “Your Shadow is unavailable at the moment”

use 2nd option to install the windows os and wait mine took 8 hours after my last post something is wrong with the game ready install

I was on my shadow tech using it and it froze, so I restated my pc and got the error code trying to log in “A-468”
my shadow tech is activated and im not seeing any service/maintenance in my area so I am uncertain why this happened.

I sent in a ticket but no reply. You use to be able to chat with them but now its a bot so probably no reply for awhile.

Smh. I hope the resolve this. Like it was literally just working for me. This is soooo frustrating
The chat bot is not support; but a means to help solve issues. Given the issue’s you are facing, you need to click “support” on your account page. Then start a ticket to get a live human working on the issue.
Just happened to me too. PC Froze, I restarted and now I get this error. I am on New York datacenter, been activated for 10 months already. There are no outages on the server (or none identified)
