Question

cannot log in via my ipad, however i do have access on iphone. stuck in a loop

The app on my iPad constantly will have it stuck on “you must log back in” though it’s acting as tho I AM logged in and it says to “start shadow”

No matter if I clear the app cache, delete and remove and re download it’s stuck there.

although it doesn’t actually have me logged in, and clicking the option to log out doesn’t do anything. 


 The only way to get any other option to come up, is to turn off data and Wi-Fi and then click on the app, which then I can log in via browser… if I turn back on Wi-Fi and cellular, it prompts me to log in via browser but once logged in kicks me back to homescreen and the same loop repeats of it saying “you must log back in”

 

 

edit: to add I did try power cycling device several times, and I also clicked “reset shadow” on another browser in my shadow account to no avail
