i am not getting the verification email to log into shadow. i have put in a ticket, and am wondering how long it may take before i am able to get into my account. thanks in advance!

I got my activation mail today, but also having the same problem as above. Not getting any verification mail. Tried is with the iOS app on iPhone and Mac OS app from iMac.
I checked spam folder but no luck :(
I think there might be something wrong on the shadow side.
I also created a support ticket for it.
Same here! Im using Outlook mail, what about other mail services?
After launching the installer again the shadow window pops up, showing me as logged in but it logs me out after about 30 seconds?

im using gmail, but the same thing happens to me when i restart the program, but its definitely just a server problem on their side

It would seem so yes, after contacting their support they mentioned that they are aware of the issue and are fixing it right now.
I’m using gmail, support is looking into it right now!
I’m having the same issue right now as well, and I use Gmail. I’m just glad I’m not the only one. 
Having a similar issue. I was able to get logged into my Shadow dashboard once I saw my activation come in. However, when I go to launch the shadow app I am unable to get the verification code to authorize the device I want to use Shadow on. I’ve tried clicking the “send new code” link, have checked spam, etc.

Hello all, just a kind tip, when I looked for the verification email it was being marked as Spam! Make sure to check spam + junk and that you do not have shadow blacklisted from your email.
