My shadow is stuck on choose a keybord layout when trying to start shadow. Its been about 3 weeks like this. I’ve shutdown and waited hours and it didn’t help
That sounds like the typical Windows 10 “first run” stuff. Are you not able to interact with it at all?
No the shadow launchers is not fully launched yet for me to interact.
Gotcha - you’re seeing the “hypervisor view” of the console without it being handed off to you. Are you a new Shadow user, or did this occur after some use? Have you opened a ticket with customer support on it?
Exactly! I’ve been a user for almost a year now with a ton of use,this just happened one day. Maybe a windows update ?. I have opened a ticket, but they keep suggesting I shutdown and wait. Has not worked yet.
Yeah, probably a Windows feature update. I think you need to ask for your ticket to be escalated, send them that same screenshot, and mention that multiple shutdowns don’t change the behavior. Surely they have some way of connecting to the VM and sorting it out.
same issue here. Opened a ticket. Please guys post a solution once you have it. Read somewhere else that the problem...it sucks :(
Same issue here…I had the same problem 3 days ago, solved (by myself) by reinstall the app, support was happy by this ending (...).This evening same problem and reinstall does not works…. :’( Can’t work on my serv !OS Monterey 12.5.1
Edit: It finally just starts (after 2nd reinstall of the app, with the same installation files), after 5 hours of try.Timing is amazing.
