Choose your keyboard loadout screen showing when trying to startup shadow

Hello,

I appear to be having issues when logging onto my shadow as the blue windows “Choose your keyboard load out” screen appears. Please see the attached image. 

 

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this issue? Any help will be greatly appreciated. 

Had the shadow service for about 2 weeks and am loving it. :)

Hello!

Please shut down Shadow through the ? menu, wait 30 minutes, then start it again. This should solve your issue. 

I too am having this problem. The ? menu > Wait 30 minutes > Start again produces the same result. Should I reset my Shadow to factory settings and start over?

I’m resolved. Otacon helped me. They said they did something to my instance that fixed it. Thanks Otacon

I’m having the same problem. The issue occurs when using wifi or wired connection. I'm using the Chicago datacenter. 

I've tried the following steps:

Quit app. Shut off WiFi. Turn on WiFi after 10 seconds. Open app. 
click the ? And shut down shadow as it’s trying to connect and then wait for shutdown. 
Try resetting the automatic bandwidth. 

Uninstall and reinstall the client

Shutting down Shadow through the ? menu, wait 30 minutes, then start it again. 
 

This is really frustrating. Any other steps I could be taking? Thanks in advance!
