my shadow is not launching, got in contact with the support bot, what they suggested dint work. I am on mac and have been able to use shadow fine for a while. I also just upgraded to Catailina so that might have something to do with it idk.

Hello Cap.Cold420, thank you for reaching out to the community for help. Did this happened imminently after you upgraded to Catalina? My suggestion would be to uninstall and reinstall Shadow application. Once you delete Shadow from your Host machine, I would suggest backup your files with Time Machine; or a third party. Hascrack were able to list the steps.   3.  Delete the folder C://Users/username/.shadow
  4.  Restart your computer
  5.  Download and install Shadow again at https://account.shadow.tech/apps (choose Applications on the left)
  6. Upon launch if you have USB drivers from shadow installed be sure to uninstall and then reinstall to get them working.
