Connected to Shadow PC but no internet

Hello everyone,

 

My connection to Shadow (Power Upgrade, Paris server) is great, but the computer cannot access the internet. When conducting diagnostics, it says that the DNS connection is failing. Tried setting it manually to cloudfare but nothing really changed. Has anyone ever had this issue?

Same.

 

I turned it of and came back a while later, internet worked again. Then I did some updates and after reboot connection was gone again.
