Connecting to Shadow - Shadow never begins streaming

Everything was working fine, until I “updated” the app to use the new browser login feature. A superbly unnecessary “innovation”.

My Shadow never begins streaming now. I tried reaching out to tech support, but they never respond these days.


Any thoughts? Thanks!
