Constant Audio and Video Stuttering

I’m getting constant audio and video stuttering from my shadow. I use a 2019 MacBook Air on 5ghz WiFi, and I’ve had this issue before, just not in the capacity that it is occurring now. When I play games, the FPS in the game is fine, I have no issues with that, but the streaming is just incredibly laggy. 

If you guys have any idea how to fix it, let me know.
