my control panel dissapeared recently,it was showing up until today and only shows up on search bar but when i run it it says the app couldnt be found

The Shadow control panel is old and not in use anymore. It got replaced by the quick menu for desktop clients. Sadly, for Shadow Ghost/Box and mobile devices there is no alternative to the quick menu yet.
